Dispatching
Products in stock are sent on the same or the next business day that the order is
received and payment confirmed. Products not in stock will be sent within ten
business days. Customers who order products that are not in stock or currently

Extra charges
For orders of books or go equipment sent outside of Japan, up to 15% will be
charged for shipping and handling. For orders sent to the southern hemisphere or Africa, the buyer
should first consult with Kiseido to determine shipping cost.
The buyer is responsible for any taxes, custom fees, or brokerage fees charged within the buyer's country.
For orders inside Japan, actual shipping cost plus consumption tax will be added.
Return Policy
If merchandise is damaged in shipment, it will be replaced or payment refunded.
If merchandise does not arrive within a reasonable time, it will be resent or payment
refunded.
If a different product than the one ordered is sent, it will be replaced or payment refunded.

If the merchandise ordered has already been sent, it cannot be exchanged for other merchandise.
If the merchandise has been used by the customer, it cannot be returned.
